Cookbook Development

Fabulous Food Creations develops new and innovative cookbooks and brochures for clients, featuring exciting and original ideas and concepts. The recipes are creative and diversified, written with a sound culinary knowledge and an awareness of market trends as well client’s requirements.

The cookbook and brochure development coordinates the complete project on behalf of the client. The development includes:

  1. Contents and initial page layout
  2. Recipe ideas and contents
  3. Writing, developing and testing recipes
  4. Food styling
  5. Recommendations of photographers, prop stylists, designers, editors and printers
  6. Scheduling of photography and coordination of prop information to the prop stylist
  7. Meetings with the designer and photographer to discuss general layout and the look
  8. Organize printers - note, due to cost effectiveness printing is done off-shore
  9. Handle all import and shipping and related documents using trade agent - MRT International Inc.
  10. Warehouse the books for the client if required
  11. Promote the book/brochure through media outlets such as television, radio and newspapers as well as cooking demonstrations in stores and shows
