2 and 4 Day Workshops Mankubra Ranch
ABOUT
Cooking classes for lovers of GOOD FOOD AND FINE WINE. Held on a 160 acre ranch in beautiful Alberta, Canada, participants stay in beautiful cedar log buildings and enjoy the wonderful food and wine that Canada has to offer.
Classes are run by Lovoni Walker, cooking show host, author, food stylist and lover of fine wine and food (in that order). Lovoni has 16 years experience sharing her passion of food and teaching people how to cook, no matter what their cooking experience is.
Mangkubra Ranch is located about 3 hours east of the Canadian Rockies. We are fortunate enough to have an abundance of farms and fabulous local producers around us more than willing to show us their farms and share their knowledge with us. We are proud to support our local producers and to showcase their wonderful produce.
CLASSES
We offer 2 and 4 day workshop programs from May, June, July, September, and October with limited classes in November, January and February.
The program includes pick-up from Edmonton International Airport. 2 OR 4 nights accommodation at Mangkubra Ranch, all meals, including wine, food samplings, and visits to local markets and producers. We do provide transportation for all activities organized by us. Airfare and transportation to and from Edmonton are not included.
COST
The cost of the 4-day program is $2,300 per person. No single supplement is charged.
The cost of the 2-day program is $1,500 per person, no single supplement is charged.
A deposit of $750 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before the start of the program. Cancellations received 120 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund.
Classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and to ensure you get the specialized treatment.
Classes are ideal for groups of family and friends who travel together.
