About Fabulous Food Creations
Inc.
We are a North American company located in the United States
and Canada. Fabulous Food Creations specializes in culinary
programs for men, women and teens incarcerated in adult and
juvenile correctional facilities.
For the 7 years we’ve been in business in North America
we’ve taught cooking as a team-building exercise to
hundreds of private, public, government institutions and high
profile companies. Our pre-release/re-entry program teaches
culinary skills to inmates along with helping to bolster self-esteem
and encourage teamwork within the groups.
As well as the culinary programs offered, we help new and
existing restaurants and other food facilities with menu design,
planning, food sourcing and costing. Recipe development and
menu design is an integral part of the company’s work.
We design recipes and offer food styling services to restaurants,
hotels, cafes, magazines, television shows, cookbooks and
food manufacturing companies.
The company’s founder, Australian-born Lovoni Walker,
has been teaching cooking to apprentice chefs, companies and
individuals for over 17 years.
A major role of Fabulous Food Creations is our connection
with the television and radio industries through cooking show
productions and promotions through radio. We work on the pre-production
side of television food shows researching and writing content
and recipes. The company’s owner hosts a national Canadian
television food show, currently in its fourth season and is
regularly asked to talk on radio and at seminars and conferences
across North America. The media is powerful and Fabulous Food
Creations has access to this tool as a way of raising awareness
of the need for more funding and the importance to society
of re-entry programs for prisoners.
