About Lovoni
LOVONI WALKER – Fabulous Food Creations’
owner and founder
Born
and raised in Australia, Lovoni studied culinary arts at the
prestigious, world-renowned Northern Sydney Institute of Culinary
Arts (TAFE) in Sydney. Before moving to North America in 2000,
Lovoni developed recipes and food styled for restaurants,
cookbooks, magazines, television programs and taught commercial
cooking to apprentice chefs.
Lovoni was food editor for a national cooking magazine in
Canada before launching her own company in North America.
Lovoni has been teaching cooking and food skills around the
world to apprentice chefs in colleges and privately to companies
as a team-building exercise for 17 years. She is the writer
and host of the popular national Canadian food show Simple,
Fresh, Delicious. She has co-written over 60 cookbooks and
has published her own cookbook. Lovoni develops menus and
recipes and food styles for magazines, cookbooks, television
commercials, restaurants, government and private establishments,
national brands and companies.
She is a food consultant working with economic and government
groups to help establish current market trends within the
food industry and to consult on a number of projects. Her
vibrant and exciting approach to cooking has made her a sought-after
cooking instructor and guest speaker, being frequently asked
to appear on television shows and radio stations across Canada
and the US.
In 2005 Lovoni officially opened the Fabulous Food Creations’
commercial kitchen and studio. The kitchen is used for filming
her television show, testing and developing recipes, photography
and a cooking school.
Canada and the United States have embraced her no-nonsense,
fresh approach to cooking and she looks forward to the many
years ahead, working in such a diverse and growing industry. |
